City of Lights

Artists created the City of Lights Festival to encourage people to visit Norton city center in the winter months. They found different ways of lighting up important places like the library and the town hall. They also put lights in some parks so that children can play on the swings and slides at night. It has now become an annual event lasting for 10 days, and the artists' work gets bigger and better each year. Visitors are given a map, and they go from place to place, enjoying each attraction. They are also encouraged to visit food businesses in the city, thanks to the special offers available during the festival.
